Teams are guided through the process of identifying a real-world problem related to the season’s theme, designing an Innovative Project solution, and preparing a compelling presentation for the judges. Crucially, the club fosters the FLL Core Values of teamwork, inclusion, and “Gracious Professionalism” by encouraging collaborative work, respectful competition, and mutual learning.
